ENGINEERING MANAGER (EM)
Main activities :
To organize and control the work of the engineering team in Factory 4 ( 8 engineers ), ensuring that the machine breakdown is below 1%. Plus being an expert engineer and being able to train up the engineers.
Qualifications :
*
At least 5 years working experience as an Engineering Manager in garment manufacture
*
High level of skill in engineering - with industrial sewing machines
*
Good management skills - strong leadership, good teamwork and good communication
*
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical \ Electrical engineering - is a plus
* Should be able to understand English
